Two winning Pennsylvania Lottery Powerball tickets worth $300,000 were sold for Wednesday’s drawing, with one ticket sold at Sheetz in Irwin, Westmoreland County, and the other sold at One 1 Stop Smoke Shop in Blairsville, Indiana County.
The lucky winners matched four of the five white balls drawn as well as the red Powerball, earning $150,000 each. Not only do the winners walk away with a substantial prize, but both retailers also receive a $500 bonus for selling the winning tickets.
As with all lottery prizes, winners must claim their prizes within one year of the drawing date. Those who purchased tickets at Sheetz or One 1 Stop Smoke Shop are encouraged to double-check their numbers and claim their winnings promptly.
